Welcome to The Lighting Showroom Corporation on line store. Upon process of your online order, you agree to accept these terms & conditions. Please read carefully.

Return Policy

Full Credit Will be Given For:

In Stock Items from our local warehouse and paid by CASH OR CHECK and returned within 10 days. Must be in new condition in original packaging not installed. All items will be inspected upon return.

Store Credit Will Be Given For:

All credit cards transactions due to Merchant fees returned within 30 days.
Special order returns are a store credit less a 25% restocking fee returned within 30 days in original, new condition, not installed.

Non-Refundable Item:

Custom orders and all parts (including bulbs)

Please be advised that all prices quoted or information shown here are subject to verification by our showroom personnel. In the event of a discrepancy, we reserve the right to make any corrections necessary. All quotes given as of the day specified are good for 10 days due to price adjustments from the manufacturer.

Returns for Defective Products

If within (14) days of receiving your order, any product proves to be defective, contact us immediately. Do Not Ship the product back without contacting us first for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) issued and return instructions. After we receive the defective merchandise, upon claim and approval of inspection, a replacement fixture is exchanged at no charge for the defective fixture, unless the fixture is discontinued or no longer available, then a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling charges will be issued.

Returns for Damaged Products

Please inspect items upon receipt, if there are damaged items, please notify us right away. It is your responsibility to inspect the fixture immediately and before having it installed. Please do not ship product until you have received return instructions, as long as there is proof of notification within 14 days you will receive return instructions shortly after. After 14 days of receipt, if there is no notification from the customer, a refund or exchange will not be issued. No exceptions.

Merchandise that has been damaged in the return transit are non- refundable but would be refundable from the shipping carrier as long as the items are insured and a claim has been made to the shipping carrier. The Lighting Showroom recommends you insure your return shipment. The Lighting Showroom will not refund if your product is returned damaged from the carrier and is not insured.


All products sold by The Lighting Showroom Corporation are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty, If you have purchased a product from us and find it to be defective, please contact Customer Support immediately at info@thelightingshowroom.us for assistance in processing your claim. We strongly recommend a certified electrician for all installations. If a product is deemed to be defective due to installation we are not liable for installation fees of any kind, additional charges may incur for service calls, if there is an issue with the product not installed properly.


Orders typically take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery depending on availability. Occasionally production schedules change and a product will be temporarily out of stock. This can cause delays. Backorders from manufacturers are beyond our control. Please contact us at info@nelighting,com if your order has not been received in the time expected and we will track your order as soon as we receive information.

Shipping charges incurred due to incorrect address, zip code, or the refusal of an item will be charged back to the customer. We cannot ship to PO Box locations.
Seller is not to be accountable for delays in delivery. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers.

Privacy Policy

The Lighting Showroom Corporation and subsidiaries are committed to protecting your privacy. Information you provide us will not be sold or given to any outside party. Any such information is kept private and confidential.

Acceptance of Order

Acceptance of any order is subject to credit approval and acceptance of order by seller and suppliers. If buyer fails to comply with these terms & conditions of sale or if buyer's credit becomes unsatisfactory to seller, seller reserves the right to terminate upon notice to buyer and without liability to seller.
